General Terms and Conditions

Validity

The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between READ ON Inc.GmbH and its customers. When placing an order, you confirm that you have read the general terms and conditions and that you agree with them.

Offer

All prices are in the currency chosen by the customer and exclude sales taxinclude VAT. The listed prices, product images and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times, availability and errors excepted.

Delivery times

Products which are in stock will be processed within one week after receipt of the order by us. The ordered products will be delivered according to the agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability at suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims. The shipment durations provided at checkout are in business days. The durations are approximate and deliveries may take longer than indicated. 

Shipping

Shipping costs in Switzerland and the US will be paid by READ ON and will not be charged. 

Payment 

Payment is made in advance.

Warranty

READ ON commits itself to diligence and delivers the products in good quality. The warranty period is one year.

Excluded from the warranty are defects and malfunctions for which READ ON is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, intervention by the customer or third parties, excessive use or extreme environmental influences.

Right of Return

You may return unused read ons in original packaging within 30 days from the date you received it for a full refund. Complete the return form to request a shipping label for sending your read ons back. Once we have received your return, we will issue a refund to the credit card on file from your order.

Products that show quality defects should be returned to info@readon-mobile.com after prior notice, including photos and a detailed description of the problem, within 7 days, in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging at your own expense.

Legal Notice

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
